Certification Offerings:

The certifications listed on the LiveX will be offered online using the latest pedagogies, learning/ teaching strategies, and technological tools to make the learning experience unique in terms of content, learning environment, flexibility, convenience, and cost-effectiveness.
The certifications will be focused on the “Lifelong Learning” concept for capacity building of individuals for competitiveness, employability and to enhance social inclusion, active citizenship and personal/professional development.
The classes will generally be conducted through “Zoom” or any other equivalent service available. However, some of the classes, practical exercises, and examinations may be conducted on campus if so required. Class recordings may also be provided for short period of time for revision purposes only.

Certification Development:

The certifications will be handcrafted and taught by industry experts to meet the academic needs as well as professional exposure required to sustain in the continuously changing job market. However, the certifications can be customized according to the requirements of learners and relevant industry experts may be engaged for imparting the trainings.

Certification Structure

certifications are designed around a well-defined structure to provide the learners with hands-on learning experience. The certifications typically run for a month unless prescribed for each course separately on its respective webpage. Each certification comprises of minimum 16 contact hours of learning.

Enrollment Eligibility

certifications are designed to cater to a wide variety of learners from different academic backgrounds, including students, experts, beginners, and professionals. There is generally no prerequisite to enrolling in these certifications, however, certain skills or academic knowledge may be required for enrollment in advance-level certifications. Learners are advised to consult the specific section on each course’s webpage.

Enrollment & Fee Payment Process

Registration / Sign-up on the portal is completely free and is valid for the life.
The enrollment in the certification(s) is online and open 24/7 which completes upon making the payment either online or at the bank. Seats will be reserved subject to confirmation of fee payment. The classes/batch usually commences on the 10th day of each month.

Assessments and Grading

Learners will be assessed by the certifications instructor based on class participation and submission of project/ assignment(s). Successful learners will be awarded with e-certificate upon completion of the certification.

In case a learner does not qualify for the e-certificate, re-enrollment will be allowed by making a full payment for the certification, once again. However, in case of short attendance, the instructor may accept submission of project/ assignment(s) and declare the learner eligible for e-certificate on a case-to-case basis.

Refund Policy

In case a certification is not offered due to limited enrollment, the learner may request for a full fee refund which will be paid back in the form of a banker’s cheque only. However, the fee deposited against one certification can also be adjusted against the enrollment in another Certification in partial or full.

Discount Policy

Special discounts may be announced from time to time. Corporate and early bird discounts may also be offered, but only one discount can be availed at a time.

Learners’ Complaints/queries and Grievances

In case of any complaints and grievances, the candidates/ learners can contact Live X office through email or personal visit and the issue will be resolved on a priority basis. The complaint can also be launched through online help desk.

Platform Updates and Notifications

Important announcements will be displayed on the LiveX website.

Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to strictly adhere to a code of conduct, act rationally, observe decorum/ discipline with ethical behavior during the online classes, participate in the discussion on their turn and with the permission of the instructor, give due regards to other learners’ point of view and expect the same in return.
Attendance in 65 % of the classes is mandatory.

Refusal of Service

The Live X management shall ensure a positive and respectful environment for all our patrons as we value every learner. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct towards our staff or other learners. Discrimination of any kind, including but not limited to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability, shall not be tolerated within our establishment. Our commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable experience for everyone is paramount, and we appreciate full cooperation and understanding in upholding these standards.
